YOU LANDED ON THIS BLOG FOR A REASON

Hi! It’s nice you’re here. You see, I think every little decision takes you somewhere. Today you discovered me. This is not a coincidence. Maybe the content I share will give you inspiring insights, maybe it will put you in a certain direction, or maybe not. But what matters is that you’re here and if you are is because, like me, you are passionate about wellness. You like to take care of yourself, to improve and always find ways to keep the pace or maybe slow down this fast-spinning wheel called life.

One simple thing rules the world: what you give out you receive. Once you understand this, you will have the tools in your hands to make magic happen.

You can’t expect others to love you if you don’t love others or yourself. You can’t be rich if you don’t think to be rich with what you have. You can’t be healthy if you don’t appreciate the health you have. It might sound complicated but yes all of the aspects of our lives are indeed in our hands.

We arrived at a stage where we as humanity suffocate ourselves with our own hands. We study for a degree that maybe we didn’t care about, just because family and society tell you is right to do so. We finally get that job and progress to the highest possible level for the highest possible salary, just to find ourselves lost in a routine that doesn’t belong to our nature. Eventually the routine damage our relationships and ourselves. Our health deteriorates quickly and we find out this quote from the Dalai Lama becomes true for us: “Man! Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

The question is: Is that what we are meant to live for on earth?

I think when the divine power created us, it had something more meaningful for each of us. Each soul is born with a purpose, with a mission. When we are babies, that’s when our true nature shines. We are spontaneous we know what we like and what we dislike; what we need and what we don’t. Yes, as kids we are perfect. Then around growing up we start absorbing like sponges the teachings of the surrounding people. We take all from our families: their errors, their pain, their struggle, their belief, their ideas and we keep it in our hearts. This works as a permanent mark on us, we keep it forever unless we consciously decide to remove it. This is of course not an easy job, but if we truly want to get out of this slavery from the system to live our true selves, we need to break all bridges of our reality first. Stop and think about what you truly want, who you are, and what are your passions. What excite you most? What is your life purpose? While we find answers to all these questions, the true ourselves will start shining and the path will unfold in front, making our life not an endless rough sea to navigate, but an effortless sailing with a gentle breeze pushing us through. We must go with the flow not against it.

When you shake your reality you will be amazed at how quickly things can change. You will meet that one person who can change your life, that opportunity will show up, new people will enter your life, and some will leave it. Change can be scary for many but think how refreshing it can feel. The comfort zone not always is the best possible way.

If you don’t like where you are, don’t despair. The power is within you and you can do much more than you think if you have the right tools in your hand. You don’t have to change all at once. Take it step by step. Eliminate what doesn’t make you a better person. Unhealthy relationships? Chuck them away. A job you don’t like? Change it. A past that keeps hurting you? Let go. Bad nutrition? Improve it. Love yourself first thing. Accept yourself just the way you are. You don’t need to change to please anyone.

The result of our health is not a simple sum of exercise+nutrition, but an intertwined balance among many elements. Lifestyle is only one of them. Then we have your emotions, your past hurt or trauma, stagnant beliefs, and the way you look at life. All of this plays a role in the level of health you enjoy.

On the other hand, our wealth depends pretty much on the same things. That’s why the two are intriguingly connected. It’s all part of the same universe after all.

Love the universe and you will be filled with love. Practice gratefulness and you will see real magic in your life. The past is gone, and the future is yet to come so live in the present, be mindful, and enjoy each thing you do. Make more space for the things you love and the people that love you. You deserve all of it: health, happiness, fulfillment, love, prosperity, fun, and adventure. You are a kid and earth is your playground. It’s your right from the moment you arrived in this world. You deserve all this and more, let yourself have it all.

May you be blessed.
